Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or
in the case of partial deliveries: on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the last goods, the last partial shipment or the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. However, the use of the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has been received by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
in other cases regulated by law in Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB).

For unopened, originally sealed baby food, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. If a seal has been removed or the goods have been opened and are no longer marketable for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may be excluded under the statutory requirements.

Please pack returns carefully to avoid transport damage. This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
