General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all orders placed through the online store Nourio by consumers and businesses.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the button "Place Order" or similar wording, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the online store are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

Accepted payment methods include those displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the countries specified in our shipping policy.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Food Products and Product Information

The products offered by Nourio include baby food and infant nutrition products.

Product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, nutritional values, age recommendations, and preparation instructions are provided according to the information supplied by the respective manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before use.

Nourio does not provide medical advice. For individual nutritional questions regarding infant feeding, customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under applicable product liability laws.

In cases of slight negligence, our liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under applicable law shall apply.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
